Chewbacca CostumeMy first love before the balloon bug bit me was making Halloween costumes. I wanted to become a special effects make up artist for the movies, but only made it to the amateur level for myself and my family. This is my middle brother Derrick's costume of Chewbacca from Star Wars. I sewed all the fabic fur and made the mask. I would have liked to make the mask more animated and detailed, but I had limited time and budget for it. I also modified his paintball marker to look like a laser bowcaster. |
